Called seeking assistance about a trucking accident I've been in. The intake person was just bad to communicate with. And they gate keep and make decisions on behalf of the attorneys. I wonder how business these companies lose due to poor personnel. Move on....... Update: someone did contact me a few days after reaching out to them. Not sure if review was seen or not. The person made effort to see if they could assist, but they said they would not be able to take my case due to it be far along. Again not sure if good or bad. Just my transparent encounter

Agree with the below reviews. Avoid these guys, they sat on my case and decided to fully drop it 30 days before deadline of statue of limitation, after my calls asking them for update on progres. Shocking conduct and complete luck of support. I am hugely disappointed that any legal firm can act in this way.

They promised to speak about my son's case, a car accident that resulted in a fracture in the skull and pelvis and a large fracture in the right leg, and the resulting compensation amount was $15,000, and their fees were taken from this amount of 9,000 and a half, and after signing the papers online, I did not receive the remaining amount for my son from October 2024 until September 2025 to this day, and I will file a lawsuit in the event that I do not receive the stipulated amount
