Scott Westheimer has been more supportive than any attorney I’ve ever worked with, and has answered all my questions with incredible patience. Great Law Firm. I do recommend using their services. I worked with Ben Sorrell, a young attorney who was very sharp and quickly responded to each call and email.

I was transferred to one of the Attorneys. According to the website, the company does litigations. After speaking with me, (maybe 1 minute) the attorney stated they do not do litigation and promptly hung up on me.

This firm handled my house closing. Out of a dozen or more home sales, it was by far the worst closing I have even taken part in. They were unprepared, rude, did not have my money at closing, blamed everyone from the buyer's financing to Fedex for their mistakes. They might be great for other types of legal matters, but not home closings.

Attorney Elisabeth Whitmire was very professional and patient when reviewing and revising my post nuptial agreement. She took the time to explain why certain things should be revised and how it applies under the law. I recommend attorney Whitmire because she is so knowledge about how Florida law works.

I hired Elisabeth G Whitmire to represent me in my filing for dissolution of marriage. The representation failed to meet basic expectations of the agreement. While the dissolution has been finalized through the courts, some of the terms remain unresolved. Throughout the process, I was advised that my legal options would remain intact despite my reservations around indemnifications that were written into the MSA. Ms. Whitmire’s failure to protect my rights and property created additional litigation and fees while limiting my ability to pursue proper remedies. When hiring an attorney, you want someone who relies less on “hope” as a strategy and more on an understanding of the legal system to protect your rights. Communication with and from your attorney is critical through any legal proceeding. An attorney who is invested in protecting your rights and property should not require you to chase, push, or pull them through the process.

I retained Kenneth M. Poole, Jr. as my attorney in June 2011. Ken was steadfast in his representation of me in long-drawn-out, post-divorce litigation that concluded in June 2019. Ken never once let me down in his knowledge of my case and its myriad of details. He was quick to produce documents when they were necessary, and I was often in awe at how he made the complex simple. Ken was a steady ship and wise counsel. I highly recommend.

Worst lawyer EVER. Attorney Whitmire was the absolute WORST attorney ever! I went into court to get an injunction against someone and they ended up getting one against me!!! And they didn’t even have an attorney. And I did. I had Whitmire, Elizabeth. She was awful. And now this firm is charging me thousands of dollars for what, I wasn’t represented properly. Am incompetent attorney that got an injunction against me! When I needed to get a protection injunction against someone. Worst law firm ever. Ever. Do not use this firm. I would give them Zero stars if I could!!!
