It's been a minute, but in 2018 Paul represented me in a case involving employment discrimination and harassment. He did an excellent job of representing my interest, which resulted in a successful settlement. I will refer everyone who comes my way and has an employment law related concern to Paul. He knows his stuff!

Paul is simply amazing. He started off as my lawyer and became my friend. He was responsive, caring and really fought for me. His advice was candid and honest which is what you want in a lawyer. I hope i never need him again, but i am glad i have his number n case i do :)

I hired Paul Tashnizi and his associates back in late 2013/early 2014 for representation in a lawsuit I was initiating. I cannot go into details of the case, but I can give a basic outline of what transpired and speak to professionalism and dedication of Paul Tashnizi. He and his associates did a fabulous job representing me during my case. While I lived approximately 60 miles away or a good 2-hour drive (in SoCal traffic), we conversed frequently through email or phone calls. They were patient with me while I recounted all of the aspects and facts of what led up to the necessity for a lawsuit. They were diligent when working on the negotiations for a settlement. They were honest in explaining to me what the expectations were in regards to what was important in my case, what was not, and what the end result would be. The honesty and the hard work was what put my mind at ease that my case would be handled by an experienced and detail-oriented attorney and that my well-being and hopes were a priority. Unlike some attorneys who focus solely on their payout, give little time to meet and talk with their client and rush a case, Paul took the time to wade through a mountain of documents and testimonies, policies and laws, and presented my case not only as one of legality but one ethics and morality as well. With me being a disabled veteran, he even looked at that aspect of my case as well. I’m the end, the case took 2-3 years from start to finish, a lot of time and the end result was exactly what Paul had predicted it would be during one of first meetings at the beginning.
