James did a wonderful job of flatbeding my truck he was very nice and was professional about himself!

Travis towed my car when Walmart didn’t successfully complete an oil change. He was nice, patient, & accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Tatmans has gotten me out of a bind more than once before. I got a flat tire today & within 15 minutes James had arrived to assist me & took great care in getting my car towed in for me.

Steven was my driver. He was great ! He showed up quicker than the time quoted and was very fast and efficient with his service. Also if your looking for a great mechanic they towed my car off to eddie automotive in Rantoul my car was done being serviced the same day that it got there.

Had the need for a tow truck and they made it pain free. Special shoutout to our technician Steven. He was amazingly patient with my son who kept trying to hit the tow truck as Steven and I pushed it into position.

Their tow service base rate is high but they auto-include the dolly. Anyone else in town would charge more with the dolly. Their employees are as professional and respectful as they come. Highly recommend Tatman's.

Our 2015 Prius battery went dead (one of the doors was left slightly ajar for a couple of days), Travis came out and got us running again in short order, and even helped me get the service call through AAA. I can't say enough good things about Travis - friendly and professional.

There really is no “I” in team. When Steven arrived promptly while communicating via text the whole way he arrived w/ the appropriate flatbed truck. He lifted the hood & identified right away the issue at hand without hesitation. He was very careful to load the car onto Tatman’s flatbed tow truck. When he drove off I had no second thoughts that my car would arrive straight away to its final destination & safely. Steven had new, car finish, chrome tires rim safe stabilizing straps he put in place in minutes making the car look as though it was a gift package. Ive lived in Champaign for a decade and have never used any other towing service. Tatman’s individuals are a very positive group of individuals. There care far exceeds many companies level of customer service I’ve experienced not just within their area of business sector, they exceed over a lot of companies I’ve worked with in general. Real people to real people. NO “glad-handing”. Honest. The young woman responded to my initial digital submission under 60-seconds! The transmission provided 2 of the same address. She quickly corrected the destination of my car ensuring a flatbed truck would be dispatched & kept me posted every step of the way until arrival. Fantastic!
