I requested an ongoing settlement to be handled as a family estate which by the way was recorded in their office. I was also told terms would be renegotiated at 30 percent. When I re-asked this question with my neice present, they said "well that shouldn 't haved been said". We were referred to Tara after another attorney notified us of a conflict of interest. We had a complicated guardianship case due to being out of state.
