Please be aware, particularly ladies, W.H. Taylor will not fight for you. My sister lives on a pre-school teacher salary and she had to pay her lying, cheating, abusive ex $225,000 to stay in their house. By the way, this is a house that our dad built and paid for and her ex had no part in paying for, including taxes. She gets no child support and her ex was not held accountable for abandoning 2 of their 4 adopted children. But W.H. refused to fight. He even made the statement "abandoning a child is not illegal..." He will refuse to fight for you but he will not be late sending a bill.

Today I went to Taylor Law Firm and had an appointment with Chris Housan. I had seen him previously, but this case was a lot more difficult and he listened intently to what the problems were ask, what would make me happy to get it resolved turned around pick up the phone spoke with the person and we got both of them put away. They were happy and I certainly was happy. I would highly recommend Chris with Taylor Law Firm and I will certainly use him again if I have the need to I will also refer anybody that needs an attorney to go see Chris

Like others have said on Google reviews and other law websites. Attorney Matt Benson kept saying he would get back with you only to not do so. Worst experience ever. To add insult $1000 was charged for doing nothing and arguably made things worse. I felt helpless and left in the dark, I would not recommend anyone to hire him unless it was the opposition.

Matt Benson is the most inattentive attorney I’ve ever known. He was recommended to me by a friend who had a friend who went to law school with him, and that friend regrets the recommendation. I hired him to hold my ex in contempt for blatantly violating our divorce decree, which he agreed was valid. Meanwhile my ex set me up to hold me in contempt for not listing my house by the date the decree stated. The house was vacant for over three months and I requested to sell it then, but she wouldn’t unless I paid to haul off trash and clean the place, which was her responsibility per the decree, so I declined. The house was abandoned and needed a mere $4K in repairs before it went on the market. He claims he asked for the agreement with the opposition, yet they never responded? But because I was waiting for that, Matt let the time expire and they filed to hold me in contempt for not listing it with the damages on the date agreed upon. His response to their complaint was so elementary and basic. There was a 2 week period where he literally told me every day that he was going to call me yet never did. Then, he finally responded to an email and addressed me as someone else’s name. For $300/hr you get better service than that! The courts asked him for over three weeks to set a court date and he ignore them. Then, after I fired him, he set a date that caused me to cancel a vacation I had planned for 6 months and he wasn’t event going to be there. He then proceeded to charge me over $2K to file the weakest response I mentioned above without ever doing any lawyering. If you choose him, you’re doomed. Probably why this lawn firm didn’t even have him listed as an attorney when I hired him. Shameful to say the least.

Terrible experience with Matt Benson. Always promises things and never delivers. Been trying to get contempt charges drawn up for at least 12 months and he takes my money but doesn't do anything then needs more money. I had mediation and he left in the middle of the mediation. Chris came in and was helpful but still Chris didn't know anything about the case. I will say Sol Kim while he was at Taylor Law Partners was the best attorney I have personally ever been around. Unfortunately he is no longer with the firm. I can't even get ahold of Matt to fire him.

Sol Kim was appointed as my children’s ad litem. He recommended joint custody to the court despite loads of evidence regarding an unsafe situation. He was not kind to communicate with and seems to not have any regard for children’s welfare. A year later, the person he gave joint custody to is unemployed, driving drunk with my children and has given up being a parent at all saying they don’t have the mental health or means to parent. Children are vulnerable and deserve better.

I'd hired Chris for a messy custody issue. Everything started out great, but communication was an issue not long after our initial meeting. Ended up facing contempt because of his advice. Basically went from I can help you to nope nothing we can do. I'd run knowing them what I know now.

We called in due to uncertainty in knowing how to proceed on an insurance issue. Blake attentively listened to our concern and provided options for us in a plan of action. He was through, knowledgeable, showed patience, and answered all our questions that we had.

Chris Hussein is a true professional who goes above and beyond for his clients. I have had the pleasure of working with Chris and can tell you first hand that he is an excellent attorney with deep knowledge of the law and courtroom skills to back it up. If you are in need of an attorney in Northwest Arkansas - Chris Hussein is who you need to call.

Well, first off I served this great nation under Delta Co 3rd AABN MCAGCC Cpl USMC and when I talked to Scott Smith he assured me that I would be taken care of 100%. We got Chris Hussein and in the beginning he was great. After a big fubar on my wife’s ex side and his attorney we were given our 2 boys back. After that I called Scott twice and left messages for him to call me…..Ghosted, no return call. We emailed Chris several times and just got the run around. After finally getting fed up with no action, we just asked to close up everything and get a refund if we had one coming. Instead of explaining anything, asking what he could have done better…..He instructed the secretary to refund us. We simply wanted to go to mediation with the ex and he couldn’t even make that happen. Ashamed how they treat clients, veterans and from one Marine to another Scott…….SFMF I’d give your firm a 1/2 star if I could.
