There are a couple misguided reviews here. Probably just from people who Jack did not represent. Would you prefer the doctor with the great bedside manner or the doctor who will save your life? Jack is the lifesaver. Listen to his guidance, let him think out loud without interruption, and answer his questions when he pauses and awaits your response. If it seems like he’s on different wavelength, it’s because he is; and you’re very lucky to have such a brilliant advocate in your corner. His performance under pressure during the actual hearing will make you wish you could hire him to handle every difficult situation in your life. But, alas, he only works with the law.

Jack is a brilliant attorney with a heart of gold. I am so grateful that I found Jack when I did. He represented me on short notice and went all out for me! I had been wrongfully accused of fraud by the TWC. This was a huge miscommunication, and I needed an attorney’s help to navigate this stressful situation efficiently and demonstrate the facts clearly and accurately. Jack surpassed my expectations. Nope. Rude guy. Doesn’t have time to hear you out, not truly a free consult when Jack cuts you off, if he doesn’t have time to talk, let the phone go to VM and call back another day. Have some respect for people and their time too. Total waste of my time but I hired someone not long after speaking to you. I already knew I had a case.

Called and spoke with the attorney. Informed that he did not handle healthcare employment law. He gave a name to call. At the end of this he was short and let me know that he did not have anything else to say. He is not empathetic nor is he a good listener. At least I know that he is not the attorney I need or should use.

Its completely understandable why people get mad because this firm wouldn’t take their case. It’s like being mad at a Mercedes because you could only get a Hyundai. This firm is absolutely incredible.

Jack wasn’t even interested in listening to my issue. He was quick to hang up the phone and wasn’t at all helpful.
