Originally agreed on handshake deal with Seth for $2000 to go to trial. Lawyer was notified of my plea deal in the early May of 2025, plea deal was not made known to me until the day of my Jury Trial announcement, felt very pressured and bumrushed on day of JTA to take the deal, afterwards lawyer told me he would’ve like to go to trial and that we had a chance. Walked away from the whole experience like I was just young person being taken advantage of for not knowing the ins and outs of the justice system, after having multiple consultations with other lawyers in the Denton area I have been told while it does seem to be nefarious, I basically have no recourse. I take accountability for not being more level headed in the moment, not standing my ground, and not doing my homework. I know we all gotta make a living somehow, but I only wish to let other people know my experience with this firm.

Seth was an amazing attorney. Got straight to the point and settled everything for me. He's a true trial attorney and did not back down or pressure me to settle my case. This dude is the worst. He wholesale didn't even know he was assigned to my roommate's case for almost 2 weeks, lied to me the entire time about filing a motion for a PR bond, didn't file the order needed and then continued to lie to my face about the fact that he had a JUDGE PERSONALLY TEXTING HIM that he sent over the necessary forms for my roommate to be released. he was in for a traffic ticket yall... the officer was already messed up for arresting him on a ticket, and then he is gonna wind up in there over Christmas bc Seth Fuller is completely incapable of accountability and will not tell the truth. MAYBE HE SHOULD BE READING UP ON THE CASE FILES HE'S BACKLOGGED ON RATHER THAN FIGHTING WITH STRANGERS ON THE INTERNET..... JUST SAYING! I hope you have the christmas you deserve sir.

Lack of focus and has no Empathy for your situation

THESE PEOPLE MAKE EVERYTHING WORSE. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF LEGAL HELP THEN TURN AROUND AND RUN. NO RESPECT OR SENSE OF URGENCY. THEY ARE LIARS! Just to clarify to everyone that I offered my money up to ensure something would be done but Seth Fuller wouldn’t take it and I highly believe its because he wanted nothing to do with my case so instead he let it collect dust and let it all bite me in the butt later. They also claim I only called once and never had contact with them again. Which is strange because i had multiple conversations with different secretaries and Seth Fuller where they put notes in but it just so happens that there’s only 1 note in there from when I call seeking legal help. These people are ridiculous and unprofessional.

I would recommend he is a great lawyer!! Not afraid to fight for yo! And not afraid to tell you like it is. I would give 100 if I could

First not a good look when your attorney shows up real late to your court date and doesn’t let you even know what is going on. Second doesn’t listen to your request. These are peoples lives you’re dealing with. Talks a good game on social media but the reality is quite the contrary.
