This dude is the worst. He wholesale didn't even know he was assigned to my roommate's case for almost 2 weeks, lied to me the entire time about filing a motion for a PR bond, didn't file the order needed and then continued to lie to my face about the fact that he had a JUDGE PERSONALLY TEXTING HIM that he sent over the necessary forms for my roommate to be released. he was in for a traffic ticket yall... the officer was already messed up for arresting him on a ticket, and then he is gonna wind up in there over Christmas bc Seth Fuller is completely incapable of accountability and will not tell the truth. MAYBE HE SHOULD BE READING UP ON THE CASE FILES HE'S BACKLOGGED ON RATHER THAN FIGHTING WITH STRANGERS ON THE INTERNET..... JUST SAYING! I hope you have the christmas you deserve sir.

Hey Brandi, Seth here. I never represented you, I do not handle traffic tickets and I am not a liar. I am a rigorously honest man and if I do not reveal client matters on the internet, so if I said I was texting with somebody, I was texting with somebody and would gladly provide proof to any actual client. It seems to me you are angry that my office closed at noon on the Friday before Christmas and won't answer your multiple, repeated phone calls. I have instructed my office to not answer them any more, as you are not my client and we do not tolerate harassing behavior from anyone, including clients. I will tell you that i would NEVER leave a client in jail for Christmas or any other day if it was in my power otherwise. I hope you and your roommate have a wonderful Christmas at home.

THESE PEOPLE MAKE EVERYTHING WORSE. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF LEGAL HELP THEN TURN AROUND AND RUN. NO RESPECT OR SENSE OF URGENCY. THEY ARE LIARS! Just to clarify to everyone that I offered my money up to ensure something would be done but Seth Fuller wouldn’t take it and I highly believe its because he wanted nothing to do with my case so instead he let it collect dust and let it all bite me in the butt later. They also claim I only called once and never had contact with them again. Which is strange because i had multiple conversations with different secretaries and Seth Fuller where they put notes in but it just so happens that there’s only 1 note in there from when I call seeking legal help. These people are ridiculous and unprofessional.

However, I can say unreservedly that we never took a single dime from you nor am I a liar. First not a good look when your attorney shows up real late to your court date and doesn’t let you even know what is going on. Second doesn’t listen to your request. These are peoples lives you’re dealing with. Talks a good game on social media but the reality is quite the contrary.

2nd worst lawyer I’m the DFW the worst one Retired. Seth Fuller is has horrible customer service and doesn’t listening his clients. He will get you convicted. He will lie to you about motions and court rules. He won’t object to motions because he says it’s impolite. Don’t trust your freedom to Seth Fuller. He is a liar. If he is appointed to you record all conversations and send him certified letters . You will need the evidence for your grievance. He lied in court documents.

While I would never discuss any specific client's case, what I CAN say is that I've won my last 7 adult criminal trials IN A ROW, including one just two weeks before this writing. In fact, in my last 11 adult criminal trials, 9 ended in full Not Guilty acquittals on all counts, one ended in a mistrial, and one ended in a guilty on a lesser included misdemeanor (not guilty on the felony). When you break them down into individual counts, I'm 11-1-1. If that makes me the second worse attorney, I'd like to see the trial records of the top ten.

Horrible law firm . He doesn’t listen to your wishes. He will lie to you and accepts motions that go against your interests. I had to file a grievance against Seth Fuller because he lied to me. He then lied in court documents and stated I was getting a paid attorney. He was let go because I filed a grievance against him with the State Bar for going against my best interests. When I caught him in a lie he said it was strategy. I’m a disabled veteran and he took advantage of me. Please don’t spend your money on a low quality lawyer he doesn’t listen to his clients. If he is your appointed lawyer record every conversation

I can only recall one criminal law client who actually hired me and was unhappy, but that was because he paid me $500 and stopped paying so I was forced to withdraw, That was only the second time in 14 years I'd had to "fire" a criminal client. He then fired his two subsequent court appointed attorneys and is set to represent himself in jury trial. The one I "fired" before that was actually satisfied with me but also didn't come up with the retainer he thought he could. He went through 8 subsequent attorneys before representing himself at trial, receiving 60 years from the jury. As for the rest, see my reply to the review you left from your other account.

I don't think their phone is working. I've been calling all damn day today and haven't spoke to ANYONE. It just says they're on the phone. If anyone can help me try to contact this attorney I would greatly appreciate it.

Originally agreed on handshake deal with Seth for $2000 to go to trial. Lawyer was notified of my plea deal in the early May of 2025, plea deal was not made known to me until the day of my Jury Trial announcement, felt very pressured and bumrushed on day of JTA to take the deal, afterwards lawyer told me he would’ve like to go to trial and that we had a chance. Walked away from the whole experience like I was just young person being taken advantage of for not knowing the ins and outs of the justice system, after having multiple consultations with other lawyers in the Denton area I have been told while it does seem to be nefarious, I basically have no recourse. I take accountability for not being more level headed in the moment, not standing my ground, and not doing my homework. I know we all gotta make a living somehow, but I only wish to let other people know my experience with this firm.
