Never responded to my inquiry. I hate when law firms have a website that say you can send an inquiry regarding your situation and then you get ignored, because to a lay person your situation matters. At least say Ye or Nay to the individual that sent the inquiry. Many firms do this, and I get offended and feelings hurt.

Rude call-staff. I called to inquire about a potential case. I had a misunderstanding and when I asked for a rephrasal, I received rudeness and the same sentence that confused me repeated. It was like talking to a NPC. Can't say anything about the lawyers. Hopefully they're good.

Absolutely rude staff at first call. They act like they don't want any more cases and are extremely off-putting. Will never do business with this law firm, stay away if you want interested and compassionate staff to help you through difficult times.
