Timothy Roehers was my attorney. He is FANTASTIC. He took the defendant to school. The defendant (insurance company) thought they weren't going to have to pay. Boy, were they ever wrong. Tim Roehers got nearly a quarter of a million from them for us. I got my part and Carlson got their part. We were both happy.

An unlicensed person driving a very large car slammed into me on Oct 22 while I was riding my motorcycle at the intersection of Research Blvd. and Braker Lane. Though the event was very scary and painful, I was subsequently gently and expertly guided through every aspect of my 6 months of recovery by Carlson Law Firm attorney Nathan Kennedy and his extraordinary care/ case coordinator Ms. Yazmin Sosa. I can't say enough good things about these two people. Attorney Kennedy's calm expertise was perfectly matched with Ms. Sosa's tenacious efforts and her never ending sense of humor. My motorcycle crash was a grave and unfunny event for sure, but Yazmin always made me smile, if not laugh out loud, as she worked her tail off to keep me informed on the progress of my case and to keep my complicated medical care on course over many weeks and months. There was never a day or moment that I did not feel these two individuals cared just as much about my full recovery as I did.
