****Please stay away from this company for any of your legal matters they will rip you off*******I had a disappointing and unethical experience working with this firm. In my case, I found the communication unclear and the overall process lacked transparency. I also experienced unexpected fees through a referral arrangement, which I wish had been better explained upfront.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend anyone engaging with them to ask detailed questions about the fee structure, referral terms, and expected timelines before signing any agreement. I with i could have handled the matter directly with my insurance provider, which might have turned out to be a smoother experience. AVOID this company as much as possible.

Below is my response to what this firm says they are tranparent and for this Fact they have i have never recieved a response.
Below email sent which i never got a response for ---
If your intent is truly righteous, then please respond directly to the points I’ve raised below.
I stand by every word I’ve said and will continue to do so.
As stated in your own agreement:
“Forty percent (40%) of any settlement proceeds, court awarded proceeds, or any payments made after the commencement of representation… (attorney is owed nothing if unable to obtain settlement proceeds or court awarded proceeds on behalf of client).”
This clearly means the 40% contingency applies only to proceeds obtained after your representation began. The portion covering repairs I completed before your involvement — specifically the tree removal ($7700) and fence repair ($6000) — does not fall under that definition
Another email which i never got a response yet.----
Can you please clarify where in the documentation it shows that these items fall under my deductible? Based on your disbursement sheet, it appears to be a flat calculation, while my deductible is $7,600, not $13,700. The additional amount represents out-of-pocket expenses I personally covered before your firm’s involvement.
You’ve stated that these amounts were removed from the fee calculation, yet no supporting figures or breakdown have been provided. Please share documentation reflecting where and how the $13,700 was excluded.
I am not seeking any favor or additional payment — I’m simply asking for a transparent and factual reconciliation based on our agreement. Thus far, no data from your side has addressed these points directly.

If you don't respect your terms then yes i have right to go to Texas Bar or who so ever can make you understand above clause.

Owner response
The terms of the Agreement were simple and in plain English. We are also one of the few firms that will reduce our contingency fee up front if the insured has a contract with a public adjuster. Mr. Yadav was aware of this and agreed to it. I will also say that he has been in breach of this agreement by not providing a forwarding address when he went back to India. He has refused until we include a bigger payout for him than what he contractually agreed to. He has also threatened to file a complaint with the Texas Bar unless we comply with his demands. Just another person who wants to manipulate after the fact and post bad reviews to pressure others to get what they want. I can't negotiate with terrorists, I ethically do not believe that is the right thing to do.
I have worked with this firm for years when it comes to getting my clients paid for their insurance claim. I cannot recommend any attorney firm more than Chad T. They keep the client informed of the process, and typically have a very positive out come. Its is best to have a firm that has a group of attorneys with a ton of experience and an office staff that are state of the art. I have used other firms and will tell you, they will simplify this part of the process. I would recommend them to all insureds facing the unreasonable denial of an insurance carrier
My wife and I hired The Chad T. Wilson Law Firm to handle our hail damage dispute with our insurance company. Our assigned attorney was Amanda Fulton and her team. We had never gone through a process like this with an insurance company and not sure what to expect. Amanda was very good at explaining the steps and what we could expect throughout the process. Our case had to go to mediation prior to going to trial and once again Amanda and team made the mediation process very easy. They explained the process and what role we would play. Amanda navigated the mediation with skill and completely professional. Amanda successfully argued our case and we received a very good outcome from the mediation and settled our case with our insurance company to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend using Amanda and her team.
Recently used Donald Green at Chad Wilson for a insurance roof claim. Very pleased. Insurance had been stonewalling me for 6 months and I finally just got exasperated. Contacted Chad Wilson who took the case. The best part was I did not have to deal with claims at all after they took the case. After around 5 months, insurance paid claim in full. I'll also add that Donald was very candid with how the process worked. Things like how long it could take, the range of outcomes, etc.
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the Chad T. Wilson Law Firm for providing exceptional care and support to my family during a challenging time when our insurance claim was being rejected. From the beginning, the entire team displayed professionalism, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to justice. I would like to give special recognition to my outstanding lawyer, Cinthia Bonilla, who worked tirelessly on our behalf and managed every aspect of our case with remarkable dedication, professionalism, and integrity. Her persistence and clear communication provided us with confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. I would also like to commend Kellie Otteman for her attention to detail and her incredibly responsive and proactive approach whenever we needed support. Her organization and attentiveness made a significant difference in our experience. I highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking a legal team that genuinely cares about their clients and delivers outstanding results.
Amanda and her team made a challenging situation much easier to navigate, and I'm very grateful for their help. If you are looking for a firm that puts in the time, effort and is very professional then that's The Chad T Wilson Law Firm .
What an amazing and helpful team. Donald Green took wonderful care of us from start to finish and exceeded our expectations. Even after they completed their work for us, we needed one more thing. They expedited it for us at no additional charge. Fair, honest and responsive. If I had an issue with my insurance company, I would not hesitate to call them and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services as well.
We spoke with a person (Corey) on the phone, sent in our information. We were told they could help us and sent us a contract to sign. When we questioned the contract and ask to have a brief call with the attorney who would be representing us, they said that is not the way it works. They said their time is spent talking to their clients. Well, if you want us to sign, wouldn't we be a client? Immediately following us questioning the contract, we got an email saying they would not represent us now. Do your research. We are so disappointed.
Great Experience‼️ Thanks for everything your Law Firm & Attorneys did to get my roof claim resolved. I recommend Chad T. Wilson Law Firm for all your insurance claim refusals!
We had the desired outcome made possible by excellent communications and counsel. In particular, I would cite the efforts of attorney Cinthia Bonilla and her paralegal Kellie Otterman. Their efforts throughout this process far exceeding any we had any reasonable right to expect. Outstanding!!!
