Amazing experience and the best Closing firm I’ve used in 15 years as a Real Estate Broker. This was my first time Closing with this firm, but it won’t be my last. Quick, smooth, organized and the atmosphere of the office is super positive.
Owner response
Thank you for the kind regards. It was a pleasure closing this transaction with you and we forward to seeing you at the closing table again!
Across all three cases, the attorney was not collaborative and was unreceptive to feedback or strategic input. Effective legal representation, especially in a corporate context, requires collaboration with the client (us) and alignment with their objectives. This did not occur.
Furthermore, at no point was the attorney instructed to independently represent or speak on behalf of our clients without coordination. In corporate law, unilateral representation without alignment or authorization is a significant red flag and a clear breach of best practices. In hindsight, this should have been recognized as an early indication that the attorney was ill-prepared to serve as counsel for our matters. Taken together, these issues reflected a pattern of inadequate preparation, poor courtroom advocacy, lack of strategic collaboration, and delayed execution. Unfortunately, the level of representation provided did not meet the professional standards expected for our clients or our company. After the first case, I wanted my retainer reimbursed for the case not yet heard by the judge, but was denied by Attorney Cuyler and told my retainer would be kept, so I had to proceed with the others. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Attorney Cuyler with The Cuyler Firm is great. He assisted me with two real estate closings and each time the closing process was a breeze. He later represented my family in a Quiet Title action regarding a fraudulent deed transfer, and we won after having a bench trial in Cobb County. He helped us evict a squatter from our family home and close my father’s probate estate. Attorney Cuyler is my go-to lawyer, and I highly recommend his firm for anyone looking for legal representation.
