I have worked with many attorneys throughout my career, and Attorney Epps came highly recommended to me by a trusted advisor for a personal matter. The advisor mentioned that although he doesn't talk much, he is exceptionally skilled at his job. It turns out, Kyle is not just good at what he does, he is truly great. His knowledge of the law, familiarity with the courtroom, and understanding of the legal system are impressive. What sets him apart is his extensive experience in handling similar cases. I can confidently say that Kyle is worth every penny of his retainer, and then some.

Let me be very clear that there is ZERO embellishment nor exaggeration when I say that I was facing a doom I couldn't even comprehend when I contacted Kyle. I had a misdemeanor that turned into a felony through no fault of my own, other than believing a local officer when I shouldn't have. Kyle went out of his way from the very start, before any discussion of payment even. He sat me down, reassured me, and laid out the plan exactly how it was going to work. Not one thing ever happened without Kyle or Elicia notifying me immediately. And when I say they handled everything, I mean EVERYTHING. I spent a grand total of 20 minutes in a courtroom, and 15 of that was being there early. What I thought was going to be a year or so in jail and thousands in fines turned into 3 months in the pre-trial diversion diversion program, 20 hours of community service. Furthermore, his office is very up to date using a client portal that sent documents, updates, and appointments directly to my phone. I wasted far too much time calling other lawyers, and praying I was poor enough to afford the public defender. Don't make my mistake. Skip the other lawyers, skip the panic, and go directly to contacting Kyle. He had my back from the start, and was more than worth every penny!

Kyle helped me with a Family Law matter and also with having a stolen car returned. He exceeded my expectations at every point. He was always available, thoughtful, knowledgeable, courteous and matter of fact. From the beginning, I always felt he had my back. If any of my friends, family or acquaintances ever need an attorney, I will recommend Kyle.
