Excellent service and good attention

Atty Thompson is great, very professional. He just needs new staff! Maria and Ana H. were very unprofressional and rude throughout entire case, they wouldn't return calls/texts/emails or relay messages to the attorney. The communication was just not there at all. Today I was left waiting for over 10 minutes at the front window. Maria looked twice over at me and continued working. I decided to sit down and call to let them know I was there since they couldn't acknowledge me before. She came out and tried to say she didn't see me before, then said she thought I was with another group (there was no one else in the lobby but myself the whole time I was there). When I called her out on her excuses and said she saw me and that she was just being rude, she said I was rude too. Don't be upset because you got called out for being a rude employee and just do your job going forward. I would advise to avoid this Waterbury office altogether and go to the other location because the staff is unprofessional and unreliable. The only one really working there is Atty Thompson.

Attorney Pilicy-Ryan handled a personal injury case for a direct family member of mine & they have asked me to help them write this review. Erica was always on her "A" game, constantly and consistently communicated with me in a timely fashion, sometimes returning the calls after hours, or during one of her breaks during trial. She really is a dedicated personal injury lawyer, but more importantly she is compassionate and understanding of her clients. This attorney really took a specter of a case and turned it back around for the most desirable result one could imagine. I would highly recommend her to any person looking for a quality, no-nonsense, direct and very talented personal injury attorney. My family member had gone to another attorney closer to their home and the end result was less than desirable, pre-trial. Most attorneys will not take on a case that is already in process with another attorney, but Erica did and really was the answer to alot of prayers & meditation. I truly wish Google would let me write another review, just for her paralegal. It is important to mention her paralegal , Virginia Orzell. Virginia, because other than being an unbelievable human being, she is not easily shocked or otherwise taken aback by substantial details of the case where other people might find them too much to discuss. My family member was significantly injured and common every day facets of their life were affected, but Virginia was astute in taking great notes, communicating, reaching back out, and leaving detailed voice mails. She too would answer calls after hours or while home. In fact I think I got her one day bringing her family member somewhere at 5:30 and she still took the call! Imagine that our case was Godzilla and was it being attacked by a large insurance company (Rodan). They really thought they had us there for about a year or so--but I saw the big billboard that said very clearly "Flood Law Firm" and called, thank goodness. Well. Rodan thought they had Godzilla on the ropes, but in walks Erica Pilicy-Ryan with a big metaphorical trucking blue ray from the depth of her litigation soul and was like "Nope". Boom. And Rodan was held at bay, wishing he had never got into a fight with Godzilla in the first place. My family member and I thank Erica for the outstanding practice of law and we hope that other "lost" clients come to her first. They will be more than happy that they did. No gimmicks. No funny billboards that make you chuckle. Just hard core law--for middle class folks like us. Thank you both.
