Very good experience from the start Jimmy sold me right away. He was very friendly, but most important he was on his stuff!! Stayed persistent with keeping me updated on everything going on. They helped me when the insurance company was giving me a really hard time with my rent. Everytime they received a check Isabella made sure to contact me immediately. Nearly 20 years ago my then 19-year-old son experienced a life changing spinal cord injury while working for a moving company. I waited 9 months after a car accident that totaled my car and caused me to have hand surgery before I contacted an attorney. I had an extremely complex worker’s comp case stemming from injuries sustained at work. Feeling exhausted not only from my injury but incurring a constant battle with worker’s comp daily, denied claims and the dictation of my care I sought out legal advice. This is where the healing began. I am so thankful for my attorney Erin Montgomery for fighting this battle for me. My case lasted 5 years. Longer than most and no fault of our own, but due to the extent of the injuries, COVID and court hearings it was a longer process. During this duration of time Erin never gave up, never stop fighting for my medical and psychological needs and always keep my best interest first. Due to the complexity of my case, I had one major court hearing in which I had to testify and another where I was set to testify but the opposing council agreed to pay out the medical necessities in my favor. Erin spent countless hours prepping for these hearings and it showed as we won both hearings and I was granted the necessary medical care to greatly improve my quality of life. Erin went on to fight in court on several more issues in my favor which I did not have to be present for. Erin is a professional who is well versed, highly experienced, knowledgeable and an expert in fighting for injured workers. In August/2016 I suffered a blunt force tramma to my right eye from a high pressure hose at work. The injury caused me to loose my Iris and pushed the lens into my cornia that had to be surgically removed. After filling out lots of paperwork for workman's comp many opthalmologist and optometrist I was receiving a small check every two weeks then no check for two months. The next check I received was for $50... I knew I needed legal help so I contacted the Fricky Law Firm. Jimmy Elliott, Adam Mc Celure and the office staff helped me get the money and eye care I was entitled to. If you are injured from a work place accident I highly recommend the Frickey Law Firm. Please don't deal with the insurance company on your own. If you think you need an attorney, you do. A friend of mine once told me that insurance companies have a large receiving dock for the money to come in and and small doggy door in the back of the building where the money goes out but it takes a good attorney to open that door.

I went to this firm because I was injured at work and my employer was denying my workman's comp claim. I was in a lot of pain and was not receiving proper care and unable to work. Everyone there was so helpful and I genuinely felt like they had my best interest in mind. Jimmy who I first spoke with explained everything very well and even instructed me how to address my employer when thing were becoming difficult. Then I was assigned to Erin and Stephani they were amazing!! They responded promptly to any questions I had and eased my concerns. I had full confidence in them during a time that was frustrating and stressful. They explained each step of the process and were very upfront with the best and worst case scenarios which I appreciated. I hope that I don't have to go through another situation like that, but if I did I would definitely rely on this firm to take care of everything for me.

I would like to thank everyone at Frickey Law for all of their hard work they did for me! My case was a dog bite to my face and I hired them almost immediately to protect my rights. The extreme professionalism, kindness and understanding they had for me speaks volumes of their Firm. I worked with Adam and Susan on a workers compensation claim that lasted almost 3 years. Any time dealing with bureaucracies it is best to look out for yourself. I decided early on to go with an attorney to make sure that I was getting comprehensive and fair treatment from the insurer. Adam and Susan always returned my messages in a timely manner and answered questions that I had. My issues were relatively minor this time. If I have future injuries I would use Adam and Susan again as my representatives.

Eric Ballou represented me in a slip and fall case. He was always available to answer any questions and give his suggestions. I found him to be personable, competent, supportive and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if your need arises. His legal assistant Kimberley was most helpful in a very timely way.
