It's hard to state how incredible of a job Dan, Geena, Rachel, Zoe and team did supporting my wife in her personal injury / medical malpractice suit. We'd contacted several different lawyers regarding her case and they all stated, "yes, you have a case, but you won't win this in the state of Utah." Garner took us on and allowed my wife to share her story and the truth of the failed surgery and the awful way the doctor and surgical center treated her afterwards (particularly around requiring an NDA for any sort of refund/settlement). Unanimous jury result delivered the verdict to the Dr. and Center, and vindicated my wife. This couldn't have been possible without Garner team doing this for us.

I was in a parking lot walking and was hit by a SUV. My elbow and pelvis were broken. I hit my head and mouth also damaging my teeth. Surgery and rehab came next. The information I had been given by the other party's insurance company told me that I would have to pay out of pocket a good sized portion of the bill. I did not.
