Julie Raye was my lawyer throughout an extremely difficult case and time for me. Not only was she a very good lawyer but she was a huge support system when I really needed it . She was very efficient with communication . I never had any issues with getting ahold of her . She was amazing in the courtroom . She was aggressive and fought hard for me . She was always on time and took hours of her time to prep me every time we had to go to court . She was knowledgeable and a strong advocate for me when I really needed it, even helping me to advocate for myself when I had never been able to do so before. Julie Raye is an amazing lawyer and friend and I don't know what I would do without her. She has gone above and beyond for me during a very difficult and complicated child custody case I have been going through for almost 2yrs now. She has had my back throughout my case and has been fighting for the justice I deserve for my son and I. Her law clerk Brian Brancato has been working by her side and been amazing when it comes to answering any questions regarding my case. If I did not have these 2 amazing individuals by my side I don't know what I would do. To say "thank you" is not enough. I was about to be released from a four year prison term, when the District Attorney's Office filed a new case against me-- a case that allegedly occurred five years prior. The DA's office could have filed the case while I was in prison but intentionally chose not to. The DA wanted to wait unit I was about to be a free man so they could charge me with a new crime and keep me in prison. My family hired Julie Raye. Julie Raye was able to convince the Justice Court Judge to grant me an OR release so I could be released from prison and come home to my wife and daughter. Several weeks later, at the preliminary hearing, she was able to get my case dismissed. Julie has become a friend. She calls and checks up on me and my family often. I am eternally grateful to her for getting me my life back.

Run Far Away. They will lie, overbill, and not answer emails/calls after they get your money. I have filed a fee dispute with the State Bar against Ms. Raye. Our case has been assigned to Arbitration and is currently waiting to be heard. Ms. Raye refused to settle on what she financially owned me simply because I wouldn't agree to not post my review. I shouldn't be silenced to get back what she owns me. Now the State Bar is involved. I have given this Law firm more than enough time to correct their behavior.

JULIE RAYE is and has been a beacon of hope to my family and myself, at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a resolution seemed impossible. Not only was she able to defend me from an unjust accusation, her calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and those I care about most. Julie is very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Going thru the separation and divorce from start to finish, Julie kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy which I know sometimes occurs when dealing with lawyers. Since this was the first time going through a divorce and hoping my last! I had many questions. When calling the office, Julie was always been available to answer any concerns I have had. I would recommend Julie to anyone that needs a powerful woman to have your back! Mrs. Raye doesn't respond, when she does respond, she responds with letting you know she is too busy to deal with your case. She is a bully to her own clients. Charges for client having to ask the same questions & asking her to follow through repeatedly. Double books appointments for times that SHE requests & fails to cancel the time she supposedly set up. I live 40 minutes away from the office & was driving there, I asked for her suite number & she responded with she had a hearing instead. I asked & was charged NUMEROUS times to ask her to follow through with what she said she would do. She never did it, instead was completely insulting rude to me & withdrew from my case. Then failed to actually follow through withrdawl until I had to repeatedly contact my ex-husband's attorney who could not give me information until she finally followed through with that. Then lied about "non-compliance" to cover herself, trying to make me look bad. When I have done EVERYTHING in my power to just be done with my divorce- she was hired in 2020, it is now 2022. If you value your time, money & self worth, do yourself a favor & hire an attorney who will treat you as a human being. Divorce is difficult in itself, Julie Raye is paid repeatedly, very well for telling you she's too busy for you & ignoring you, yet charges you for asking her to follow through repeatedly. At one point, MONTHS ago I had to flat out ask if she was even my attorney. The paralegal response, yes, she's very busy. Do yourself a favor an stay far away from this toxic lawyer/individual. Your money will be MUCH better spent on ANY other attorney.
