The Grossman Law Firm was a great selection for my family and I after my father passed away. I appreciated their knowledge, experience, and patience when handling matters of my dad’s estate. From intake through to resolution, I consistently felt as though I could trust the recommendations they provided. I worked directly with Zach H. and was relieved to work with someone who was clear and transparent. He made sure to communicate effectively with me, without all the legal jargon, but he also knew when to turn the legalese on when handling things on my behalf. I’m extremely happy they were able to support my needs on a contingency fee schedule and help us reach a resolution. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend Zach and the entire Grossman Law Firm for those who are already dealing with the disruptive nature of a loss and need competent and professional legal representation.
I think Mr. Grossman should know how rude and unprofessional this intake person was, that called me. The day before, an Angelina called me and I was supposed to call back and set up an appointment with Mr. Grossman. She was nicer. When I called back, a very rude woman was asking me all sorts of inappropriate questions, and acting as if SHE was the lawyer. This was about a trust fund. My mom just passed. I am NOT a lawyer, and I didn't know the answer to alot of her questions. When I tried to tell her, she was condescending and nasty. How would I know what the trustee was thinking, when I barely know him? What a stupid question. This is why I needed a lawyer to LOOK INTO this matter. When I had enough, she started to " reject" me. All I wanted to do was set up an appointment with someone EDUCATED, about this trust. Not be hassle. I'm not sure of the amount of money, just that I get 50%. It could be alot. I DON'T KNOW. These are lawyer issues. I will report this. And I dont want my info out there. She made me extremely nervous.
The intake ‘specialist’s’ do not seem to listen or take the time to fully understand the whole picture. I believe they have given me poor advice based on their assumptions and I would not recommend going to this firm for anything.
Grossman Law Offices is hands-down one of the best Texas law firms I’ve ever worked with. Cory Carlson and Keith Purdue went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. And Marini? She was a total lifesaver — kind, organized, and always on top of things. They made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.
Scott Grossman and his team took great care representing my wife with her late father’s estate. It was a very contentious contested living trust case that was drawn out over 4 long years, but Scott fought hard to make sure she got what her father intended to leave her, and answered all of our questions along the way. I would highly recommend the Grossman Law Firm if you find yourself in a similar situation. Thank you Scott!!
Owner response
Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure representing your wife.
I can't say enough great things about Mr. Grossman and his team. I was going through an extremely difficult and stressful ordeal, and knowing that my attorney was so knowledgeable and doing his utmost to bring about the best outcome humanly possible for me made all the difference. Also, everyone on his staff was consistently helpful and kind whenever I spoke with them. Reina and Julieann always showed true compassion, which I find to be a rarity these days.
Owner response
Thank you your review. It was a pleasure representing you.
Only willing to help people with large estates. My parents had a trust. The Trustee stole everything from me, a beneficiary. We live in a half a million dollar or more home. We own stock in an oil company. This greedy law firm wants me to pay a $25,000 retainer fee. Their hourly rate is $600 an hour. The paralegal hourly rate is 250.00 an hour. I don't have that to pay this greedy lawyer up front. His intact specialist estimates it will cost over $100,000.00 for Scott Grossman to represent me. He refused to help me on a contingency basis and expects me to pay out of my butt, to get his help. I have no respect for attorneys. He advertised that he provides help for people in my situation, but that is only for people that are willing to lose a large portion of their estate to pay him for doing a little work and filing some paperwork or going in front of a judge for a small amount of time. If your estate is not worth millions, don't expect any help from this unscrupulous man. He's not here to help. He's here to take your money.
Owner response
It's always disappointing when a person is told their case doesn't make financial sense or that we won't take their case on a contingency fee. We represent a wide range of people with estates of varying sizes. We do not require an estate to be worth millions of dollars to accept representation. It is exceedingly rare a litigated case requires us to do a little work, file some paperwork, and go in front of the judge for a small amount of time as this reviewer suggests. Litigated cases typically require an open ended commitment of time to bring them to a successful conclusion. We wish the review good luck with his situation but his case was not a good fit for our firm.
The Grossman Law Firm and Scott was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful, timely, and efficient this firm was in dealing with my case. I was able to walk away satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend the Grossman Law Firm to anybody dealing with Probate or Trust court case. I personally had no idea what Probate was before working with Scott, but the firm walked through the entire process and assisted me attentively every step of the way. The way Scott was able to analyze my case, break down my case, and get the results I desired were a major help. Just know you are in great hands here.
Very short, somewhat argumentative, and non informative…Beware!!!
Owner response
It's always unfortunate when a prospective client has to be declined because we can't help them. Some people take that as being short with them. We see it as saving them time and energy so they can find an appropriate law firm to assist them.
How do write a review for someone who has literally save your life? Are words even adequate enough to express what this man has done for me or how grateful I am for what he was able to accomplish for my situation? Let me just say this...this is the only review you need to read concerning this firm. I found myself approaching my sixth decade on this wonderful planet. I had outstanding parents and enjoyed a relatively colorful life with which I didn't come out from unscathed. I developed COPD and have been struggling for the oxygen we need for ten years now. Being disabled, I was relying on a simple check each month to live on and had waiting on my share on inheritance from my parents. My brother was trustee of a sizeable living trust left to us and I had every confidence in his ability to handle things and I gave him my complete trust and faith. Now he and I had no desire to sell off the seven properties left to us. They were rented out and we both enjoyed some income from them. Some years later I am told there is nothing left, its all gone, I spent my share and perhaps he can borrow two hundreds dollars from his credit card to help me out. Obviously, there is a huge story in the middle but it is in the past now. I was just days away from being homeless with my oxygen machine and no where to plug it in. Now when I tell you there is a God. You better believe it. When I tell you that Mr. Scott Grossman is my super hero Godsend. You better believe that too. Not only did this wonderful human being offer me his expertise, but also his empathy and compassion. He found out exactly what had happened and knew exactly what to do. And today I am writing this thank you book to honor this man for saving my life and securing my future. This firm is the ABSOLUTE answer to your situation. They are professional, skilled, expedient, and above all truly caring about you and what is happening to you. Sure he is gets paid because he not only earns it. He deserves it and all of my respect as well. (Hi Scott - Hi Rachel, sorry I haven't called). As I said, this the only review you need read because it's the truth.

Scott Grossman is amazing! I came to him with a poorly written trust which I was the trustee. Mr. Grossman was able to successfully assist me with my situation and won the case. His ability to decipher this mess of the trust was incredible. I knew I was in the best hands. His staff is so attentive and very professional. I highly recommend Mr. Grossman and his staff. I’m very thankful.
Having lost my wife suddenly, I turned to Scott and his team for assistance with our property issues. As soon as I spoke to him, I felt assured I was in good hands. He delivered as promised. I would absolutely recommend his firm to anyone. His staff were always available during Covid and I never waited more than 24 hours for a return call from Scott himself. Thank you for everything Grossman team.
