Paula was absolutely key to helping me resolve an issue that was hindering me for thirty years. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She had the best advise and was spot on with her assessment. I would definitely reccomend Heath Law to anyone.

One mistake can definitely lead to a lot of turmoil and loss. However, correct decision was all it took to get back much of it. The Heath law firm took on my case for an extremely reasonable fee and after some back and forth with the court was able to get all of my rights restored. I am extremely grateful to them. 10/10 would recommend as they are very upfront and honest especially when it comes to explaining processes and time frames

Highly recommended for rights restoration here in Arizona! I highly recommend this firm. I needed to get my rights back . They helped me and made the process easy . They are very responsive. I loved that. Very professional. They went above and beyond to get me real results.
If your looking to get your rights back. I highly suggest you give Heath a call.
Sold himself well, promised me it would be 99.9% easy case; ended up he wasn't listening to me and didn't read the ticket when I sent it to them at the Firm. Quoted me something then next thing I know the price went up 4x because I was transparent and very descriptive about what my situation was.

I'm sorry we didn't end up getting to represent you. I think we could have done a great job for you but I know it can be frustrating when there's a misunderstanding regarding the scope. From our telephone conversation, I honestly did not hear the full breath or scope of the case and we have to rely on what potential clients tell us their case is about before we're able to verify. If you did tell me and I missed it, I'm very sorry. While I could swear I never heard it, we're all human. Thankfully, we did read your ticket and were able to correct any mistakes and get you a fair quote based on the amount of work we know would be necessary to effectively represent you. After making several mistakes in my early adulthood, my record had always hung as a cloud over my life. Last year (November 2020), I decided that I was going to pursue 4 "set-aside" orders in two jurisdictions to try and reduce the impact of my convictions and to restore my constitutional rights. I did some research and came across the Heath Law Firm website. After reading the information there, I decided to contact them and see what the chances were that I might get the orders granted. Mark and Paula were more helpful and compassionate than I ever thought possible. They helped to alleviate my anxiety about the process and addressed my concerns thoroughly. Covid 19 did slow the process a bit because of the restrictions of the courts and the backlog of cases... But all 4 of my motions were granted without issue. Paula helped me in making sure that DPS correctly updated my record to show the new dispositions and this chapter is now finally behind me. I couldn't be more grateful for Mark and Paula and all the assistance they provided. I highly recommend the Heath Law Firm to anyone who needs legal representation.

Good morning, it should have 10 stars. He was a lawyer for my son. He fought to have his rights respected. He sought a medical evaluation and I always received a response from him when I sent emails. Paula was always cordial. Attorney Mark was an angel in my darkness. Unfortunately, there is this misunderstanding that an attorney that the state pays for is the one that tells you to plead guilty and we get out of this. However, he was more than that. He did everything possible to make it a fair sentence for my autistic son. You know who I'm talking about, Attorney. When my world was falling apart and the minutes stopped, you did everything so that my son would get the same sentence as the others. At one point, I doubted it, but you made me believe again that there are people who have a profession because they love doing it. God bless you always, Attorney Mark.
