WE LOVE THIS FIRM! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. We had another appointment for a deed change. My mother was so cared for and looked after as she was Kyle’s Mom! I love that he made sure everything she wanted to do was her idea and she wasn’t being pushed into anything thing shady! That really impressed my husband and myself and mother. He helped to lift a huge burden off of my shoulders by doing a Lady Bird Deed for us which automatically transfers the deed of our home into our sons’ names upon the death of both my husband and myself. My experience, Mr Siefert is very professional. I asked him to make an amendment to a trust and he did a wonderful job. I went to him for a second matter, however he was unable to assist. Understandable because the matter was very difficult. He did however recommend another attorney. I must say his library is very impressive. He has a very calm demeanor. He is most definitely a legal expert.
