worst law firm in history. Lie about texting you, lies about following up, forced me to close another claim i had to get my settlement money for the first case and never even filed a lawsuit for the second case. I’ve signed the same settlement paperwork 3 times. still haven’t received my money even though my case has been done for almost over a year now. i don’t know about yall, but i will be going in person because clearly they give people the run around over the phone on purpose. they lie about calling you back i’ve been waiting on Gaudalupe to call me back since 2025😂😂😂 yall are pitiful and i promise i will tell everyone i know NEVER to work with yall. no matter how many ads you put up you cannot replace the terrible service yall have.

I hired this firm back in 2022 case. From the beginning, they have been unexperienced and did the minimal amount of work. The Dominic, is worthless. He has no idea what he's doing. He has also stolen my settlement check. My settlement was for $100,000. His office sent me a text message saying I will receive another text message which I never got. I emailed Dominic and he told me I was getting a check. They check for about two weeks now and I haven't gotten my money yet. He sent a copy of the check but never sent my money. He let them workers comp weekly checks. And he's making them charge me medical bills that I'm not supposed to be paying because his workers comp. He is very unexperienced and do not hire this law firm for your needs. I don't condone stealing, especially when I was hurt broke my foot and had two surgeries. I've been in many situations that I should not have been in because I was injured at work and he the nerve to steal my settlement check. I have filed a complaint with a bar association and ARDC.

I use to work with this firm many years ago. I am still negotiating till today to get my 401k money I deposited from my payroll thru them. The Hammers Wife keeps say she deposited the whole $219.00 however the 40lk company doesn't have it. It's like get over yourselves and pay me already.

My experience with Dworkin & Maciariello has been extremely disappointing. Communication throughout my case was terrible. I constantly had to chase people down just to get basic updates, and weeks would go by without clear answers. After being told timelines that were never met, I was left stressed, struggling financially, and feeling ignored once the settlement money arrived. No client should have to beg for communication or wonder where their settlement check is. I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead experienced delays, excuses, and poor communication from start to finish.”

I had an injury case from an automobile accident from about a year ago. It was a tough and a long process, but it's finally over. I felt I deserved alot more in the settlement . But my attorney had me convinced, it would take a very long time if it went to trial, and I possibly would get slightly more, in the final outcome. It took over a year of stress, and aggravation. To be honest, it's not worth it.! No more ambulance chasers. , Unless I get a good lawyer, that will really help me, and not waste my time. My attorney said she tried her best, but I had doubts about that. I had to keep pushing her to get things done. For awhile, there was no communication at all, Until I started calling several times, and e mailing again. I think possibly, she was more concerned about larger cases. This legal ordeal was definitely a learning experience for me. Sorry, but unfortunately, this is exactly how I feel about this. Hopefully I never have to go through this long ordeal ever again. I don’t recommend this place.
