I just want to say how wonderful Chellei was. Seriously the most professional, responsive, and genuinely caring people I've worked with. She explained everything clearly, stayed on top of every detail, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. Which is difficult for a person like myself with anxiety issues. I couldn't recommend her more. Outstanding.

Whatever you do please do not waste your time nor resources using this firm. Not only will they pretend to help you, they will also take your money and waste everyone’s time in court. They will illegally sign your name on documents and fail to show up when you pay them to.

I would not recommend this Law Office to anyone. There are so many people who claim to care and be genuine in their profession forgetting why they went into it, in the first place. Deceit is not one of them. However, what you do in the dark will always come to light. This office took over $6,500 from my children and I. Lied and had nerve to charge me an invoice after I fired this firm and obtained new representation. I also had fee waivers granted and even with that I was charged for emails calls and times that I was not speaking with anyone from this firm. I found out matters discussed that I didn’t even know about. This firm exposed my children and my personal information to the other parties involved in this case and what is even crazier is I found out why this firm pulled back on my DV case because it involved District Attorneys who also lied and made the attempt to cover up what was done to my children and I for years. I just obtained the evidence this year. This office does not care about how you feel they will speak over you, extremely rude and unprofessional. This office lost my documentation, wrote on my original copies and provided documents that were not even legible and also exposed another clients personal information to other clients. Made attempts to charge me when it wasn’t time for my payment to process. How can you expect to assist someone if you don’t even understand their case? I would not recommend this firm. Don’t waste your time or money.

If could give 10 star if I would. Ms. Chellei was always busy, but that never stopped her to call me back with any questions and/or concern I had. There was times where attorney was in a different county 8hrs in court and she always called me back same day, even if it was later in the day. Everyone in the office was great even when i was super overwhelmed and might have sounded off towards them at times. That was due to my complicated case and was feeling as there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Ms. Chellei and her team not only made me see the light shining bright at the end of the tunnel, but handled my case with care, respect, dignity as any legal representative should. I am very, very impressed with their service and will refer anyone in need. I read a lot of comments about the charges, but all i have to say that this office is providing a service with a price that was presented at the time you signed a client representation agreement. Any service given, on the case from the office is not free. I must give credit to myself as well as i was ahead of the game on providing all paperwork in advance, which made the presentation from the attorney more efficient. Attorneys will never be able to represent a good case unless you provide documents and communicate with them thoroughly. Client -Attorney relationship is a tango dance, they must dance/work together. ***Thank you Team Jimenez Law Group!***

Horrible experience

She gave me three minutes I did not get a chance to say anything. She took my papers left the room came back and told me what was what. I was charged $175 for less than 5 minutes never being able to say a word. She just stole my money and hurt me further. I have requested a refund more than once. I went to her for help she did nothing but damage me further and take my money which is very little as I am on Social Security. It was supposed to be a consultation I needed help badly. She was cold and indifferent. She did not care at all to hear what I came to talk to her about. It was a HORRIBLE experience

Jimenez law group does nothing but charge an outrageous amount of money to do nothing. Charges you for being at the court house on other cases. Doesn’t return, calls or emails and if she does she charges you to return a call or answer an email. Was never prepared in court and doesn’t fight for your case. This information is based on personal knowledgeable of how The Jimenez Group handled my sons case.
