These guys were absent for my case did bare minimum to the point I changed my lawyer. Then they sent me a $6,000.00 bill , they charged me for every time we communicated LOL, but they couldn't answer my texts or emails timely or answer them appropriately. Hopefully their services have improved since then. In fact I just re-read my texts with 2 of those attorneys and its disrespectful the way i was treated to say the least.

Luis Diaz was my paralegal wrote down all my wrong information gave it to the board. Leslie, Tillis asked her for help. I have a reading disability except for help with paperwork. She told me to look for a New Lawyer I do not recommend this Law Firm another thing about Leslie, Tillis we couldn’t find the guy that I was going after the man that paid me Ross f. She told me I had no case somebody I know had to Google him and find him she wouldn’t even google somebody to find him so imagine how she would work on your case. Do not use this. Law Firm go to a different Law Firm that will help you find the people that hurt you

I would like to acknowledge Mr. Luis Jerez for his invaluable service in accommodating me while under treatment with my team of Doctors for a very serious Femur break causing other complications. Luis has made a difference in my w/c case and he is a major asset to the Firm. It has been over a year now since my traumatic injury occurred and while I'm still in non-stop pain daily with two upcoming surgeries in between Therapy issues, IME appointments, W/C board appointments and my four Doctors at HSS & Weill Cornell my journey is a full time job to complete healing. My mother has been with this attorney's group for years. Initially they were very helpful and responsive in helping my mother with her worker's comp claim but for the past 10 years, they barely communicate. Traveler's (the WC insurance carrier) has been harassing my mother, denying medical claims and medications, attempting to close her case even tho she cannot return to work. My mother has reached out numerous times to her attorney for a response and barely gets any. She's told they'll get back to her once they speak with Traveler's and never does. This is creating a hardship as without proper medical treatment, my mother will continue to be disabled and has been getting sicker by the year. This is ridiculous and unfair to people who are seeking assistance from an agency not exactly set up to help disabled people. Addendum: Someone reached out to my mom about a week after this review. Said everything would be taken care of and not to worry. My mom's medications and treatments are still being denied and now she's getting medical bills. I sent them to this law group via certified which they signed for but never reached back out to my mother. They are allowing Traveller's to victimize my mother all over again considering she's a 9/11 survivor. And this has been going on for years!
