After signing up a case to represent for you, you cannot contact the case manager to communicate if you have questions. Simplicity, he won't return your call even I tried 20 times. Very unprofessional, lack of respect clients. No recommend

Hey reader! If you like working with Mr. Bui's team as they gather all of your evidence and information and then WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT hand it over to another law firm—one that is utterly inept—then this law firm is for you! I never signed anything. I did not give verbal consent for my information to be handed over without my consent to another lawyer (a joke one at that). No time for me to ask any questions, and when I followed up with the assistant and Mr. Bui—I was ghosted. Handing over your information to another firm without consent is ILLEGAL.

Binh Bui and team were extremely helpful in a situation my family was in due to our previous landlord constantly ignoring our complaints about mold. We had several health issues including pregnancy complications and after my son was born he had issues breathing. After we got mold confirmation, the previous landlord sold the complex and ghosted us. This team helped us along the way of getting the help we needed. Thank you!

Extremely terrible law firm, I reached out to them for help and was put into contact with ‘Carl Hancock’. I told him my story, send him all the information i had including documents with my address on them, he seemed willing to help draft me a letter, he told me to wait a few days for him to get back to me which i did. I waited for weeks, sent him multiple messages with no response, called the firm, did everything i could to try and get the ‘letter’ he promised, there was still no response until i sent him an email saying this was the last time i would contact him and that i would start reaching out to other lawyers only for him to reply very rudely and unprofessionally, i included an image of his response for everyone to see the kind of behavior this law firm upholds. So this is me keeping up my end of the bargain and writing a bad review because people should know not to waste their time on an unprofessional, shitty law firm like this who claims to help people but is only trying to collect information from people. Thank you for nothing Carl, atleast a lawyer i’ll hire will respond to me and keep up his end of the bargain instead of LIE
