Kristin was fantastic! She was able to get my 6 point speeding ticket dismissed! I was looking to get this ticket taken care of quickly and put it behind me since I had a baby on the way within a few weeks. I called Kristin, explained my situation, and expressed my interest in taking care of this quickly and that I was looking for a plea deal with less point and a cheaper fine. After reviewing the case, she explained to me that there was a good chance that she could get the ticket dismissed completely - no fine, no points. The only caveat being, it would not be fast and could take a couple of months. She was happy to help with either option. I asked if there was any risk with trying for the dismissal and it failing - would I not be able to plea it down after? This would not be the case at all. It was basically zero risk to me. She made the motion to dismiss and about 6 weeks later it was granted! Amazing work! No need to pay and fine, deal with points, and deal with my insurance rates going up for the next few years.
