Dropped the case before it even started. I explained my contact was all by text messages due to a hearing impairment an ADA disability. I was sent documents that would not open after i was sick in bed a full week caused by exhaustion. I tried to sign these documents but the did not open. This firm is run by professionals. They don't do the small talk, they are very straightforward and to the point. They will do their job granted you cooperate with what they ask you for.
