It is to my understanding that the insurance, and everyone involved for a no-fault workman's comp case; you will have to do everything you can yourself (finding your own doctors, documenting why things are denied). Strömbom was met with respect and courteous one would expect in a manner deemed appropriate for one in need of a lawyer. I have been shopping around for a Workmans Comp Lawyer for a long time. 50 plus calls over a year. The intake officer trying to take 30min each is troublesome and were auto skipped. Note. That being said, I was listened to and not bullied into some quota nonsense bordering ethical questions of Malpractice. Approximately 45 minutes and time is money. It is a red flag if you do not listen to the Lawyer, the same if a Lawyer does not listen to the client. I was immediately asked to handle paperwork, and in return within a few days I received paperwork to move forward in my workman's comp no fault case. Very impressive. Now I can move forward and relax a bit as someone else can deal with the headache I was dealing with. It is to be noted, doctors and nurses may treat you differently after being represented. A whole entirely different political mess involving billings that you would want a lawyer for. You want your case to be represented by someone professional and with experience.
