My process was long, almost three years, since it was through Juárez. The offices were attentive at all times, especially Adriana Bolaños, who handled my case. She was incredibly kind and patient, helping me with all my questions. I was placed in the administrative process after my initial appointment, and she was a great support throughout the entire process. For four months, she was there for me every step of the way. Thank you so much, Adriana and attorney Tinoco. Thank God I'm now a resident.
