Do NOT be scammed by these people. They "represented" my mom on a Worker's Comp case and 2 YEARS later have done absolutely nothing for her. When we told them that we were going to get a 2nd opinion the paralegal Maribel Pizana "dropped" her and didn't even let her know until she mailed her case file which just consisted of a list of all of her appointments. She already has a record of her appointments and surgeries... What a joke.. please don't waste your time and get someone who actually knows what they are doing!!

Stop scamming elderly people with bogus checks that they try to cash and then have to pay back because your account is nonexistent. People like you who prey on the elderly should be strung up and beaten.

Covid slowed down my settlement but once I worked around a schedule that was great for my attorney and myself everything was smooth. They gave great advise on how I should be able to handle my life after my wreck and took care of me

In my opinion, the worst lawyer in the world. My case was simple, and he didn't even try to win. He charged me a percentage of the money I received for months from workers' compensation and did nothing. I was the one who brought him all the paperwork and did the leg work. There were so many strong ways to defend myself, and all he said in court was, "Were you able to work before the accident?" I answered yes, and that was it! The other lawyer against me brought witnesses and interrogated me for a long time, building his case with evidence we could refute. I even wanted to bring witnesses and present strong, well-founded evidence, which didn't happen. What happened was a massacre in court against me while he just watched. It was unbelievable. In my opinion, he's either the worst lawyer in the universe, or there were other interests at play that made it more convenient for him to lose the case. Now I can't do simple things that I could do very well before the accident. I can't work; I'm in constant pain, and I can't even sleep because of the constant aches and pains. I have to be on medication, which I hate, but if I don't take it, I can't function with simple daily tasks. I needed very delicate spinal surgery, and because I lost the case, they won't cover the costs, and my financial situation continues to worsen. I should add that the only time I saw him was when we went to court. I spent about a year asking to speak with him, and it was always an excuse. Even after waiting months, they didn't call me to tell me the decision; I had to contact the office myself to get it. They didn't even notify me that they had it! What a way to run a business! I repeat, everything I've said is my opinion based on the facts, from my point of view! These are not accusations in any way; it's just my opinion... And I see many similar comments; I'm not the only one. 🤔😒😒😒 And the good ones 🤥🤥🤥 It seems it's good to have friends and employees.

In my opinion The WORST REPRESENTATION EVER he just sits in court let's the other lawyer build his case and doesn't defend you at all. Just takes your money. Research his percentage of lost and won cases before you choose to represent you!

Horrible communication! I have been calling for weeks for a final decree on a divorce for the past 5 months! Smh

My family member is having a very hard time and was recommended this laywer but he has not communicated with them nor contacted them since the day he signed the contract. A year ago. Very disappointing.
