before bailing out, he promised me he would insist the prosecutor test what I was arrested for. I also insisted on watching body cam footage myself, as i was sure there was malfeasance on the part of the cedar park police. I then showed up to two court dates in 2020 that were postponed and he never informed me. So 9 months in I got a phone call from him saying that the evidence has been looked at and I could take 6 months jail or 4 years probation. Again, I insisted on looking at the body cam evidence. We tried looking at all of it 30 minutes before court, but he had a difficult time finding the disk drive in the file explorer, and instead was clicking on his granddaughter's questionably filmed gymnastics practices. I tried scheduling a time that would be convenient to come in the office to watch it, but he wouldn't respond until the day he was ready to meet. I had to drop everything I was doing to meet up. When we finally did, Mr. morgan did everything in his power to make sure I couldn't find out that a police officer turned off their body cam. When I was about 5 minutes away from discovering the very thing that would dismiss my case, he turned the laptop so I couldn't use it, stood over me as I sat, and started yelling at me, telling me I wasn't going to find anything and other discouraging things. After asking if he does this to everybody and suggesting he might be friends with the prosecutor, he told me to "get the f*ck out of my office" and "if you ever come back you'll be arrested for tresspassing." Luckily, my case was dismissed after asking the judge if it is legal to turn off their body camera, but no thanks to Mr. Morgan, as he rage-quit and I got another attorney. I wish i had recorded our interactions so I could report him to the TX bar association or something, because this man should not be practicing law...
Owner response
The real issue was that you accused me of working with the prosecutor to try to convict you. That puts me in a really bad situation and after that occurred, I had to withdraw. I'm glad your case was dismissed.

Our son was recently fortunate enough to be defended by Leonard Morgan, following an arrest in Williamson County. Leonard made sure that all court dates were kept, and worked diligently with the prosecutor to negotiate a plea that was the best we could have reasonably hoped. Leonard was patient and communicative throughout the process, which is extremely stressful at best. In the unfortunate event that you need a defense attorney, I highly recommend Leonard Morgan.
Owner response
Thank you so much Robyn. I appreciate the kind words.

Working for Leonard was a great experience . Not only did he give me the opportunity to help with his accounting files but the best experience is how he showed me there are still caring attorneys available! First of all you wont have a person screen the calls before you can speak with him. I witnessed many times how he was eager to answer random questions from a non paying client, him going above and beyond to defend his paying clients and setting up payment plans with clients in need. Defending is what he does and does it very well! He would be the attorney I would want in my corner if ever need be!!! J.Z.
Owner response
Thank you Janie.

Mr. Morgan was court appointed to me, he was always very polite and my case was No Billed by the Grand Jury. The only thing I can say in a negative way is that his response time in responding to correspondence is a bit slow, but I'm sure with how many clients he has, this is probably the norm. Thank you, Mr. Morgan for all you did to help me!
Owner response
You are more than welcome. Thank you.

The best thing to happen to me during this most troubling period of my life, my being charged with DWI in Williamson County, was the happenstance wherein I engaged Leonard Morgan as my representative within the Williamson County District Court system. His professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, OBVIOUS report within the court itself, with the Judge and the Judge's staff were instrumental in the outcome of my case and I could not have paid for that with double the money I paid in legale fees. His genuine caring, though, him getting to know me and my loved ones personally along with his interest in my life's circumstances was above anything I have experienced with any other attorney, criminal or civil, during my experiences having to navigate the jurisprudence system. Can't recomend him enough and if I could give him a sixth star, I would. Tommy Smith

Leonard is affordable and is more than qualified in his field. He has been working with me personally for the past 6 years to settle some very delicate criminal and domestic issues and so far I have been happy with the outcome of all my cases. I find it interesting to watch him work the court room as he has relationships with many of the top players that hold your fate in their hands. Leonard is very good at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone.
