If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Leonardo Morales has TERRIBLE communication. Refuses to answer phone calls, emails, texts, etc. He did absolutely nothing for my father’s case for 4 years. Completely unprofessional, has no knowledge of what he is doing, and will leave you dry in wind when you need him most. Never represented my father in the way he is suppose to as his lawyer, ghosted him completely, never gave updates on his case, and verbally insulted my father by telling him “shut up idiot” and continued to tell my dad he wishes the worst for him and to not receive anything from a settlement. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND FIND AN ACTUAL LAWYER!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. This is a lengthy post, but worth reading. Mr. Morales took on my case in early 2023, and I heard directly from him only once. After that, all communication—when it occurred at all—was through his office staff. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism from a law firm. I repeatedly reached out for updates on my case, only to be met with ongoing excuses and no meaningful information. Communication was extremely infrequent and unhelpful. At this point, I am beyond frustrated and am in the process of retaining new counsel to take over my case. If you are looking for an attorney who will communicate with you, keep you informed, or resolve your case in a reasonable timeframe, I strongly advise you to seek representation elsewhere. Do not hire this law firm—you will regret it. The only way I was able to obtain information about my case was by searching the online court database, which is public information. I never leave reviews, but I feel it is important to warn others so they can make an informed decision before hiring this firm. -Bradley

Their customer service is.....HORRIBLE! If i could give one star i would. They have your number saved under a caller ID..so if they see you calling they wont answer. Ive had Mr. Morales on my case for over 2yrs + and only heard from him twice. Once when i first hired him on the case, and once in like middle of it. Thus far i haven't heard from him since LAST year....and its AUGUST! I have to go on the illinois Workers Comp Case website just to KNOW the status of my case! I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I've sent emails. left voicemails, even text messages...no response...its not the money im stressed about...its being left in the dark, and lack of communication!!!!!

Horrible communication, not reliable or works with any type of integrity. I’ve had an open case since 2023 and still have no idea what’s going on and my calls and emails are all ignored. I hate I was recommended to this attorney and law firm. I highly suggest any and everyone to NOT do business with this “attorney”

I highly recommend Leo Morales and his team! I was injured and on workers comp, but abruptly fired. I tried to fight them myself for access to physical therapy and other essentials. My former employer really made me jump through a lot of hoops and then hired a quack to contradict what was plainly obvious. They used his paid opinion as a means to terminate my employment and workers comp. Working with Leo, I had immediate access to the essential health care services needed to recover, including outpatient surgeries. With the assistance of a judge, I was awarded a settlement payment. This would cover all of the medical expenses I had incurred and then I still had a large portion left for my personal use to cover credit card debts and still have money leftover. Leo would be my go to personal injury attorney for myself or any friends. So thankful for everything!

Attorney Leonardo Morales is very professional, I am very happy with his great work, he resolved my work accident case in the best way and he was always aware that I was paid on time while I was disabled and also the medical bills, he got me good workers' compensation, I really recommend his work is wonderful, when I had any questions they always answered my calls, Attorney Leonardo Morales or his assistants always explained very well to me, they behaved very kindly when I contacted by phone, his entire work team is very professional, they take their work very seriously.

There is no way to give this lawyer no stars on review he's been my worker comp lawyer for the last two years terrible horrible experience dont return phone calls or text dont update you on your case go months with out hearing from him. He is a young lawyer very unprofessional if you are of Hispanic decent he takes care of you if you are not might as well defend your self didn't work hard on case I just settled my case to be done with this guy.i have other worker comp case by far he is the worst then on top of that go to pick my check up had me waiting 45 min for him to bring check dwn stairs to me wasn't even allowed in his office but you are my attorney. TERRIBLE Attorney didn't even apologize for the wait very arrogant individual
