I utilized the services of Raymond a couple of years ago as I needed help evicting my renters who were not paying me rent. Raymond is a nice guy with a heart of gold who actually cares about his clients, has always shown empathy, and is a great communicator because that is what attorneys do. He is also good at advising me when to shut up as he needs to advise and do his job without being interrupted every second. He is a true professional and didn't pass The BAR sucking lollipops. He also knows his law thoroughly, and is fair as can be on his billing as well. I am proud to have known him and to still know him. Raymond Mutchler, attorney at law,(nice ring) PLLC whatever that means. I learned what DUE PROCESS is from the judge yesterday, so I may be on my way as well. MERRY CHRISTMAS, RAY.

Ray has been very helpful with the investment property I have. Since working with him on an early lease termination for my duplex, my husband and I have been far less stressed with making sure we handle things properly. We do not use a property management company and so we often need someone to talk to about our leases and tenants. Especially when they want to break their lease early. Which has now happened to us twice since starting to work with Raymond over a year ago. But luckily Raymond knows the laws and can help us as landlords handle the situation not just legally but also in a way that is fair for both parties. Raymond himself is fair. You don’t feel nickel and dimed like some attorneys can make you feel. He really is a nice person to have in your corner whether you are a landlord or a tenant. I also appreciate the advice giving phone calls he has with my husband. Where we often both feel like we got better advice than we could have found on RHA or the internet. Communication is also very good. We have retained other attorneys in the past and some were very reputable and competent. But not as communicative as Raymond. So that is a plus as well.

Raymond helped me with an issue with one of my tenants and I can't recommend him highly enough. His strategic guidance, quick thinking and ability to convince me to follow his recommended next steps took a situation that could have been a complete nightmare and turned it around in a matter of days. His fees were very reasonable and he was a really nice person to work with. Highly recommend him to any landlord needing someone they can trust to guide them through a sticky situation. Thank you, Raymond!

I received his number as a referral from Frank Volkert, of Real Property Management. I called Raymond, we spoke about my situation with my tenant, and he took my number and set us up to meet at his office today for a consultation. When I called the office today I found out he put my number in a "do not call database" to make it seem as if his number is disconnected. Waste of time.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mr Mutchler. Evictions is a messy business. He told me worst case scenarios, that way I wouldn't get my hopes up. My case ended very well. Following his advice had everything to do with it. Thank you Ray

I have found Ray to be not only pleasant to work with, but more genuine than other attorneys I have interviewed before. I have retained over 4 attorneys in the past, and I feel that my opinion of Mr. Mutchler holds some credibility. I currently have 2 other attorneys on retainer right now. Raymond is not the type of attorney that makes you feel like he is "Nickle and Diming you". His method of billing for his services is reasonable. And within reason, he will be supportive and helpful with communication here and there and it won't be guaranteed to be on the invoice. But typical lawyer fees should be expected, his time is valuable. However, for example, a friend of mine currently has an attorney that if you email him and ask a question regarding a letter that was already paid for, my friend will get billed for that question. Literally one question regarding a document that he paid for could not be asked without receiving an additional invoice. Another example is one attorney I have had in the past was very poor with communication, but extremely competent in the court room. A very powerful attorney to have in your corner, but sometimes you have to send him more than one email with a question because he wouldn't always reply, ever, not just in a timely fashion. That is not Raymond, he is very attentive with communication. Another attorney I had would repeat themselves a lot while billing me for every second of the conversation. It was very annoying because when you are paying an attorney by the minute for a verbal conversation, the last thing you want is for the conversation to go around in circles. He would also forget that he had already told me about something and repeat it to me. That is not Raymond. While he may have a short pause to contemplate something you asked him, he is generally efficient with getting his advice to you without running out the timer. Raymond is also nice, I have had attorneys that are nice too, but try to rush you off the phone or have a tone in their voice like they don't like talking to you. Not Raymond. He gives off genuine vibes despite it being work for him, you feel like a friend is talking to you. Knowledge wise, Raymond has taken the time to review a lease and find faults with it that was inherited by the acquisition of a duplex and it was drafted by a prominent, successful property management group. He identified that the lease was following outdated laws and verbiage with a buy-out clause that was not as clear as it should ideally be. Raymond also gave me advice for a lease I needed for my rental property that at the end of the day, saved me money and avoided paying him a lot for it. That was something that he did which keeps me coming back to him for my investment properties. He is in it for the well being of his clients, not just the money. Raymond Mutchler is knowledgeable, personable and reasonable. And he follows the concept that has long term benefits from taking care of his clients, instead of some professionals that focus on the short term benefits of getting as much money as possible from a client but will likely cause them to not be a repeat customer. Unlike one attorney I interviewed that offered to charge me $1,300 to file a LLC application that takes 30 minutes. Just filing, not writing!

Extreme limited knowledge of Real Estate. Incorrect fillings on Eviction or transactions. Rude, insulting, looks down on people when they correct him about legal real estate matters. I'd give a zero if that was an option. DO NOT HIRE. UNEDUCATED

Mr. Mutchler was very welcoming and knowledgeable about Eviction law. I never thought I would get such level of detail and understanding from a lawyer, especially in an area of law in which there are very little practicing law on behalf of landlords.
