Stuart is a detail oriented professional. I was very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to others needing legal advice.
Stuart did an amazing job getting my fiance and I's Advanced Health Care directive and power of attorney setup. He's very thorough and informative based on what our goals are. I HIGHLY recommend him for any Wills, Trusts or important legal documentation that you need prepared!
After a 11 months of being on my case he dropped me after attempting to reach him for 4 months. no response or results nor did he file anything with courts on my behalf like we decided in May. It was only after I wrote a review on his Facebook page in September, which he blocked me/or has now deleted, that he FINALLY responded to me. You would think it was in response to my case but it was a letter letting me know he dropped my disable son case, knowing he is not in good care. I don’t recommend him!! he let his pride get in the way of helping someone who can barely help himself. He says the reason he dropped my case is because he thought I went to the courts to speak with the judge, which was late May, but it wasn’t until after I wrote the review on his Facebook page to get his attention that he dropped case! It’s not adding up

The Firm was retained to assist Ms. Gaines in obtaining guardianship of an adult. The proper petition for guardianship was prepared and filed in the proper court based upon the information provided by Ms. Gaines. When official service of the required documents was attempted it was learned that the adult over whom Ms. Gaines sought guardianship no longer resided at the addresses provided by Ms. Gaines. The new address of the adult over whom guardianship was sought was not found after a search by the Firm and Ms. Gaines. Ms. Gaines did eventually report a new address for the adult to the Firm. As the new address was in a different county new paperwork was prepared and delivered to the appropriate court official. At that time the Firm was informed the adult's sister had recently been granted guardianship. Ms. Gaines was advised a guardianship of the adult had been issued and was advised on the Firm's recommendation concerning removing and replacing the appointed guardian. Ms. Gaines disagreed with the Firm's recommendation and stated that she intended to go to the court herself. The Firm took her on her word for her intentions. Based upon Ms. Gaines's disagreement with the Firm's recommendation and her stated intention to go to the court herself, the Firm believed Ms. Gaines no longer wished to be represented by the Firm (which was her right). The Firm performed no additional legal work. Ms. Gaines later complained that the Firm was not performing work for her and Ms. Gaines had to be reminded that she was the one who did not like the Firm's recommendation and said she was going to go to the Court herself.<br><br>Any lawyer can only assist a client based upon the facts of a situation. When new information is discovered or when the facts change, legal advice must also account for these new facts. In representing Ms. Gaines the Firm considered the facts presented by Ms. Gaines in making a recommendation but when the facts changed or when new facts were discovered, the Firm's recommendation also had to change. Ms. Gaines disagreed with the Firm's revised recommendations. While it is frustrating to have to adjust to new facts, failing to adjust will make it that much harder to succeed. The Firm's recommendation was the Firm's best opinion on how Ms. Gaines could achieve her desired outcome but Ms. Gaines cannot be forced to follow the Firm's recommendation and she elected to pursue other options.
