After my injury, I hired the Law office of Benjamin Nadia , Chtd. and it was the best decision I made. They’re some of the nicest, most compassionate people I’ve ever worked with. From the start they worked hard on my case, handled the insurance companies, and fought to get me the best results possible. I never had to chase them for info because they gave me frequent updates and explained everything so I could understand it. They took a huge weight off my shoulders. If you’re hurt and need someone who actually cares and gets results, call them.

He's a ok lawyer. Very up front with you and not in a nice way. He has awesome P.I. though. Sage his secretary . She was great.

Save yourself a long headache go with Naqvi, this place took a year to get any results and over 2 months after they received my check to pay me my settlement. I should have gone to a malpractice attorney. Cecilia was my case worker if you’re injured shop around before you sign with this place.

Worst attorney ever. They done even call to give updates about your case nor answer the phone. I hate I chose them for my accident. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else but them.

I was involved in a car accident in July 2024 and this law office was recommended to me. The accident happened over a long weekend and when no other law office contacted me back for over a week, The Law Office of Benjamin Nadig answered right away and got me set up immediately. He was very honest and straightforward from the beginning and if I needed to contact him he responded right away. My case worker, Ellie was SO INCREDIBLY AMAZING. She is one of the kindest people ever, always spoke to me with honesty and empathy and for that I will forever appreciate. She kept me in the loop throughout these last few months and did everything in her power to help me get all the treatments I needed. She fought tirelessly with the insurance companies and the hospital billing staff that we couldn’t get through to in order to get my medical bills paid.
