Henderson Law has a great knowledge of the "personal injury/medical malpractice" field of law. They are very well prepared in all phases of litigation. They have a very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable support team, including their outside "experts." I most certainly would use them again and would recommend Henderson Law to any friend in need of a legal advocate to support them in a personal injury/malpractice dispute.

David Henderson and his staff are caring and attentive to detail. David himself has an intense burning intellect. He is absolutely insightful and brilliant. His training and experience shows when it comes down to the brass tacks of a legal case, as it did with mine. When things went wrong, I was glad to have him and his staff as my advocates. If you have a personal injury legal case and you hire David Henderson as your lawyer, you will feel the same. Glad that you have David as your fierce warrior shielding you from much of the flak that flies out after an accident. David is caring, and very giving of his time. So were his staff members (a special shout out to Marc and Teresea). Just a wonderful crew all around. He got me a good settlement during difficult times (Covid). We settled for mediation because of this, but David also has gone to Trial School, and has a reputation for being a worthy opponent in court. I am sure he would have done well for me there as well. I will never second guess my choice, he did very well by me and my family. I give thanks to him and his staff for seeing us through this incredibly painful time.

Called their office to ask about getting representation. The first person I spoke with didn’t answer when I requested to know his first name instead he just moved onto his next question. As if I was not worthy of an answer from him. After a couple more questions I was asked who or what I thought I should be going after with my suite. I was not sure as this is why I had called them. He barrels into more questions and about half way into my answer he starts basically harassing me about the answer. At this point I am sultan this is not the type of law firm I want to as it me. I hang up hoping he gets the opportunity to witness the golden rule in action. You see I figured that he was just treating me the way he liked to be treated. Hopping on a more productive day I’m moving on to the next lawyer’s firm hopefully I get treated respectfully this time.

I approached David Henderson about a very tough legal situation. He was extremely respondent, kind and professional. He made every effort to keep in communication with me and address my concerns. I was extremely impressed with his dedication to my case. He is a lawyer that you can trust and put your faith in. He fought for me in court and made every effort to succeed and get me the money I deserved. I have had lawyers in the past, but nobody that fought for me like David Henderson. I am very appreciative! Me and my wife went into their office for legal advice and help (keep in mind we never had to deal with attorneys or lawyers before so we were already uncomfortable) we walked in and someone asked what we needed, we gave them a brief story and he sent us to the side room and he went and talked with his partner we heard him say “what am I supposed to do about it” and he laughed.. This made us so embarrassed and uncomfortable, he came in not really caring what we had to say until he found out i was in the military and then he seemed a little more interested.. 0/10 do not recommend in going to these people especially if you’re military ! Very unprofessional and absolutely mortified that he was this rude..
