Dr. Bruce G. Fagel office where the lawyers that helped me with a neglect from a Clinic the staff where very nice and friendly. Kristyann ,and palm where the person that contact me mostly to do a summary of my child's development very month .i will recommend them to family and friends if needed !

I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. I waited over an hour for a consultation regarding a malpractice issue, only to be told that the attorney specializes in children's injuries. This was clearly not stated on their website and Google profile, so I was surprised to be given such a vague response. When I mentioned this discrepancy, the lady told me they couldn’t help and refused to provide a referral to someone who could. It's clear to me that this office needs better paralegals who not only know their job but also have better people skills. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience, and I feel my time was completely wasted.

Dr. Fagel helped my little brother with his case. He is a great lawyer, I would highly recommend him for any medical malpractices.

Dear Adalene, We really wish the law was different, and the hospital/Drs would be responsible for all legal fees and costs; it's very unfortunate that they are not. The perimeters of attorney fees and costs are set by the State of California; which are outlined in the retainer agreement that you signed with our office. My firm works very hard to provide the highest and best possible settlement or judgement for each of our clients. Please know that we worked tirelessly on your son's case. Bruce was great. Very caring. We won our case. He was great through out the process. I had a hard case. It took a long time of them trying to low ball us . But Bruce was great throughout the whole process till we got what we thought we deserved .

I learnt about Bruce Fagel’s law firm through a Facebook group that I am in and he came highly recommended. We took the chance and reached out to them. Our journey through the whole legal process was very professional. Bruce, Brenden, Pam and Kristyann were extremely professional and ensured that our case was handled properly.
