I'll add to what others have said that this is the rudest law office I've ever called. After a lengthy hold, a woman picked up with her dog barking in the background while trying to tell my story. I was inquiring about a medical malpractice case resulting in the death of my mother. I felt she had no sympathy, warmth, organization or intelligent questions. 2 minutes into my story she asked me to read the cause of death on the death certificate. She put us on hold for 30 minutes, never came back and I felt that was her way of telling me they don't want the case. I felt it was very disrespectful and immature. When we called back to complain to the receptionist all she said was, "OK".

Dr. Fagel took on my case; he has a vast amount of knowledge for both medical & legal. His entire staff are all amazing & very helpful!! We are so happy to have this office help us!
