Great firm helped us settle our case for half a million! Wonderful and thorough, was in contact consistently to keep us updated! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was advised to reach out the Law offices of Mr Gerald L. Marcus and Associates, who’s specialize in personal injury and falls, after I suffered a fall in the building where I live
I never had or been envolved in such situation of lawsuits and lawyers in my favor nor against me, but to my surprise, this office interviewed me and on the next couple of days, they came to my apartment to gather all necessary info, facts, pictures, etc, and since then, this amazing Law Firm Of Gerald Marcus and Associates, took over, explaining me, sometimes with oranges and apples, defended not only the case, but also were always concerned about my wellbeing.
They were on top of medical appointments, and always answering on any concerns of mine, and I think that it’s very important to say that it’s a multi bilingual corporation, provided it’s clients with any language of our needs or choice when necessary.
I need to mention that Mr Vincent Consolo, who was periodically informing me about my case, that he was a true angel sent by God, with his strong ethics, empathy, loyalty and caring, Mr Consolo gave the fight of his life for me.
I would never forget that day in the negotiation of my settlement.
I’m so grateful from the receptionist to the desk of Mr Marcus, and specifically to Mr Consolo, who with all the team players involved, not only because of my physical and stressful injuries, but also to the end of the case, he walked me through, explaining all the medical and legal terms, but I also, because of him, I received an excellent and unexpected amount of cash after the medical and the office fees.
I really wish to review this Law Office with a million stars for their excellency in what they do, but sadly, I’m aloud to give only five stars, but even though, the five stars with my forever humble gratitude for all their moral and professional support, also on their profesional commitment to each of their clients.

I highly recommend this office for personal injury. My case was handled incredibly and the outcome was far beyond what I expected in terms of settlement and compensation. They did an incredible job. I was truly impressed with the work that was done for me. I hope I don’t ever need a personal injury attorney again but if I do I would absolutely without a doubt utilize this office again.

My name is Darnell and I had a moderate slip and fall causing deep gash on left eyebrow that required stitches. On September 18th 2025 I contacted Gerald L. Eventually I was assigned a worker by the name of Miss Anna who has done nothing but cause doubt and not only Gerald L Marcus law firm, but in myself reaching an accurate settlement for my injuries physical and emotional.
