Terrible service. A few months ago, I was in an accident. Well, I was hit by a car, and they were in charge of my case. Supposedly, the case is closed. They had me sign some documents in which they kept their share. They gave me my share, and everything was agreed upon. It's been two weeks now. I made it clear that I was going back to my country. They had me sign some documents in which everything was settled, but they would give me the corresponding check. Supposedly, the check should have arrived last week. I notified them on Wednesday that the five business days had passed and the check hadn't arrived. They decided to wait until the weekend to cancel it, even though they knew I had to return to my country this week. They only canceled the check at the bank on Monday. To this day, I've asked them for proof of shipment. I've asked them for proof of the check, and they haven't given me any kind of response or proof. I've tried contacting them by email because my trip is this week, but they haven't given me a coherent answer or any kind of proof. I've been making 15 to 20 calls a day since Monday, and no one answers directly; they just put me through to voicemail. It seems incredibly unprofessional that they make me sign so many documents that they take almost as much money as I do when it comes to receiving it, and on top of that, they can't help me with something so simple. And they don't even have the decency to give me a coherent answer with proof that everything they're saying is true, and they don't even return my calls.
