Unfortunately, despite the evidence presented, the judge determined that the burden of demonstrating unusual hardship was not met. Attorney’s fees reflect Mr. Téllez’s 38 years of legal experience and the quality of work he provides. It is unfortunate if his straightforward, no-nonsense approach was perceived as rude.
