I can honestly say that Michael truly saved the day for us!
If you are considering getting out of your timeshare and are having a hard time deciding who to choose, look no further. We searched and searched and ran into so many snags and people who just wanted to take our money and waste our time. When someone recommended Michael to us, we finally found the help we needed—and we have not had any regrets.
He took care of us from start to finish, and we never had any grief from the timeshare company during the process. We are finally out! The timeline he gave us was right on point, and the cost was very reasonable as well.
A very professional and trustworthy firm!

I have had a great experience with finally getting rid of my Time Share. Mike and Angel were great. It took 1.5 years, but minimal effort on my part. They had the hard part of communicating with my timeshare company. They negotiated a reasonable settlement that could have been paid in 12 installments. They did not send me a bill until they were successful. I received their bill, which is reasonable, and they offered me the option to break it up into payments.

Update 3: In my opinion, after leaving a critical review, I was contacted by a representative who disputed my account. When I shared my concerns, I felt the exchange was unproductive. In my opinion, I stand by my experience as I lived it.
Update 2: In my opinion, services were not verbally explained upfront, and I did not feel I received confirmation that a power of attorney was sent to my creditor as I believed was discussed. Despite what I felt were multiple good-faith attempts to submit payment using their requested methods, I was unsuccessful after they refused to charge my card/bank account. I later received a legal demand letter for $5,100.
Update 1: In my opinion, the primary service I received was being advised to save money in an account. After signing their agreement, I personally felt the fine print included an unexpected cancellation fee — $5,100 in my case. After being unable to complete payment through their process, I received a legal demand for that amount. In my opinion, I did not feel the services justified this cost.
In my opinion, I would encourage anyone considering this company to carefully read the full agreement before signing, particularly the cancellation terms.
Owner response
It is sad to see you update your review with more false claims, especially after we showed you proof that your first claims were wrong. To be completely clear with anyone reading this, we need to correct your new statements:<br><br> 1. Contacting your creditor: We already sent you the emails and screenshots proving we submitted your Power of Attorney and talked to your creditors for you. We warn all clients that funders often lie and say we didn't call, just to cause trouble. We gave you the hard proof that we did.<br><br>2. The 'Fine Print' and Fees: Our starting fee of $5,000 is not a 'random high amount.' It is our normal fee. We talk about it in our very first meeting, and it is clearly written in three different parts of our contract.<br><br>3. Payment Methods: We gladly take normal payments. Our contract clearly states, "ACH is required for future payments..." to keep things running smoothly - not because we 'refuse' real money.<br><br>4. Negotiation Strategy: To resolve a debt, you must have money to offer. We kept reminding you to let us know when you had money saved. Without money to offer, we cannot make a deal, and we cannot pay your debt for you. We did exactly what you hired us to do: we handled the creditors for you until you had money to make a deal.<br><br>5. Legal Action: Suing for unpaid fees is always our absolute last choice! We only do it when someone ignores us for months and avoids paying. We are always willing to set up payment plans with clients who actually work with us, which is why we ultimately allowed our collection attorney to give you a very flexible payment plan spread out over a few years.<br><br>We stand by our work, our honesty, and the proof we gave you showing we did everything we could based on the money you had.<br><br>We still wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
We had time share cancellations from this firm, Michael was very helpful and did the case only for a month, but only thing is you need patience to wait, I think Michael very busy, since we called him after 3 months he replied back to me. They’re trusting.
Glad I did my research and found this firm to help me cancel my timeshare contract. I really appreciated their transparency with pricing and communication at each stage. Our contract was cancelled without issue, took a few months, but we expected that. Pricing was competitive and we were not billed until our contract was cancelled. Would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't have the time or patience to handle this on their own and appreciate honest and straightforward service.
The people at the Law Offices of Kenneth H. Dramer PC successfully got us out of a complex timeshare successfully quickly and did everything well. The two people we dealt with were professional, friendly and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend them.
This law office was wonderful to work with. They were so kind, friendly, and understanding, and made me feel seen, heard, and like my problem was truly fixable. From start to finish, they explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and handled the entire process professionally and efficiently. What felt overwhelming at first became completely manageable with their guidance. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone needing help getting out of a timeshare.
