I had the pleasure of being represented by Kirk Tarman and his firm in what was otherwise a very stressful and not-so-pleasant situation. They were able to achieve a more than favorable outcome in my opinion, and I’m very grateful for all the work he and his team put into my case.
Throughout the entire process, I never had an issue staying informed about what was going on thanks to the communication from his office. They were always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or concerns.
My only regret is not following his advice more closely at times, but even with that, I believe the effort I did make helped my situation. No attorney can guarantee an outcome, but I can confidently say that Mr. Tarman will do everything he can to achieve the best possible result for his clients.

As a concealed carry permit holder, I never hoped to be in a situation where I'd have to use my firearm against another person but a sudden and violent confrontation left me with no choice. I was attacked on my way to work and was forced to shoot the aggressor in act of self-defense.
