Hi there just wanted to share my experience with this law office. Originally I had hired another attorney won't mention any names. But his staff and office just didn't care. And I chose a small law firm. The big offices your just a number. So I decided to hire someone else. I was frantic I needed help so bad. That other office left me hanging. So I called Michaels office and spoke to Julie. Julie was great, I explained to her about the other firm and how they treated me. I told her that they wouldn't release my car after 4 months if I didn't come up with my deductible. This accident wasn't my fault. Julie empathized with me, and told me I shouldn't have to come up with any money. So Julie made a phone call the next day and I had my car! This was before I signed any paperwork or agreed to hire them. So before all of that, Julie showed me she cared. So I decided to hire them, my first impression was great!
