Yusuf, Yesica and Yaiza went above and beyond for me. From the very beginning, they made sure I was informed, supported, and prepared throughout the entire process. Any time I had questions or concerns, I could call and Missy or Alexis always made sure I was connected right away. After an uncomfortable and unsettling experience with a doctor, that insurance sent me to, Yusuf and Yesica truly advocated for me and stood by my side. These two explained everything clearly, handled communication effortlessly, and took on ALL the stress of dealing with the insurance companies so I didn’t have to. Because of them, I was able to get the care I needed and feel supported throughout. 10/10 — I cannot thank them or recommend them enough. Ryan- thank you for having such a great team take care of me!
