CASE WAS DISMISSED! 🙏 In July 2025, I went to jail for two assault charges involving family members during a very difficult period in my life with alcohol. With a prior DUI, the prosecutor initially refused to dismiss the case. Mr. Deck went above and beyond, escalating the matter and fighting for my dismissal I truly believed my future was at risk at only 19. Now as of January 2026 the case is closed and dismissed!
