I managed to get myself into a really bad place fighting two cases simultaneously. Between the two cases totaling 4 Felony’s and 8 misdemeanor’s, I def thought I was pretty much doomed. With Marc Saggese as my attorney as well as the amazing people he has working with him. The outcome of my situation is going to be 1 misdemeanor conviction and 2 gross misdemeanor convictions once I complete 3 yrs of probation. At first the state told Marc I was going to have to do 19 months in NDOC. The outcome that would not be detrimental to my life moving forward once this is completed or the small business I own doing custom fabrication work and sometimes involving government contracts.
