I spoke with Seth when I first got hurt at work. It was an odd injury to say the least. I picked up some dry ice out of a cooler when I was unpacking some medications at work. Dry ice is not supposed to be shipped all right sustained wounds to the nerves in my hand and went through 8 months of physical therapy three times a week. My employer was very shady about the whole thing did not pay me correctly when I was out of work and I had to miss work every time I went to PT because the pain was so bad. Seth was absolutely amazing and always on time with what he said he would do. He was professional, ethical and always kept his word. He prepared me well for every step of the way and together we worked out a settlement that was fair due to his knowledge and ability to work and go to battle with these insurance companies that don't want to take advantage of people who get hurt at work.
