Tristan Verburgt is the lawyer you should hire. Unfortunately, I have experience with the law, and haven’t always been on the right side. If you have been arrested, you’re crazy to use the PD, who is hard enough to get a hold of, much less a call back. That’ll make you feel real confident. Good luck representing yourself, might as well get your affairs in order as the court will think you’ll invest in partying, but brush off investing in your freedom. So now you’re stuck paying for a lawyer. Well, it would be great if you found one that 1) has a great locally known reputation 2) is affordable and won’t string things out to make extra money 3) wins. It was obvious from the interaction that Mr. Verburgt had with the DA and the judge, that he is liked and respected by the court. He was honest, respectful, organized, and knows what he is doing. Everyone I know was sure I was in trouble. I never plead guilty, or no contest, and the case is closed. I can’t say enough great things about this lawyer and yes, people make lawyer jokes, but I don’t have any. This guy saved my ass and I would easily recommend him to best friends and family. I do not know him personally and have no incentive to write this besides being so glad I picked him. Hopefully, if you have to make the same tough choice, it won’t be tough, and you can look no further. This person is the real deal. You’ll be glad you read this review, I assure you.

When my case was given to Mr. Verburgt, I had a bail of over $1 million and the longest list of charges I've ever faced in my life. I was unnerved but he went up to bat for me. Tristan was able to get me out on electric monitor while we fought the case. During those several months of court dates, they dropped all the charges except 2 felony counts. Mr. Verburgt promptly produce the evidence against me at my request and made sure I knew all of my options. He was able to get my charges reduced to misdemeanors with only one year of unsupervised probation. If Mr. Verburgt was this thorough for a case he wasn't even getting paid for I can only imagine his paid clients would receive the same if not better consideration.
