This review is for Jahaida “J.P.” Pichardo Numa. My first interaction with JP was when she called me while I was at the bedside of my mom's hospital bed. I was struggling with a workplace discrimination and retaliation claim while also dealing with a new baby PPD and severe anxiety disorder. My stress level was 100 out of 10. Although I ended up not being represented by this firm, her kindness was never ending. She handled me with so much care and provided guidance as I navigated through an impossible situation all while caring for me as a person. Her kindness really shines. She is relatable and never stopped putting me in contact with others that could help. I have never encountered a better more professional attorney. That is only matched by her high emotional IQ. I appreciate all the calls (both early and late), emails, and empathy. 5 stars isn't enough. 10s all around.
